The Chaitime staff will not check the authenticity of the material being sent for upload, and any discrepancies regarding any information contained in the material is solely the responsibility of the individual/organization who has sent in the material by email for upload.

Chaitime will preserve all the rights, to duplicate, distribute, sell or use any material in any form or for any purpose, which is sent for upload to the Chaitime website, whether uploaded or not. Chaitime shall use the material for any cause, without any permission or notice or any agreement of any sort, without the consent of the individual/ organization who has sent in the material on the mentioned email address for upload.

Your material once uploaded cannot be withdraw or changed. Although you may send in requests for minor changes via email only.
